umm.. what are you eating? a lot of green foods- like lettuce, brocolli and spinach for some are hard to digest... And I know for one that lettuce is recognizable on the otehr end.. just a thought

OMG that happened to me at a Dunkin Donuts once. I had just eaten SO MUCH herbed goat cheese at a reception, and went to D&D's for coffee with my friend. (obviously this was before I'd even heard of IBS or knew what my triggers were) It was SO green. Like crayons. I have no idea why that happened, but it was truly amazing. Haha.
Anyway sorry you are going through this. Hope you feel better soon.

they can be caused simply by having IBS --- if you are having symptoms (D) - by taking iron supplements - and also by dietary things like eating dyed food -- green, leafy veggies - etc. Generally they are not something to be alarmed about on their own --- only if they are also accompanied by other symptoms. (like bleeding)

I just got over a bout of green poo! I did have a virus of some sort though. I had the D" for 10 days. Some of those days they ranged from green to orange. I imagine the green was from the infection maybe. I also drank a huge amount of purple gatorade and that I bet made it green too. Sometimes my son gets green poo after eating hot dogs. Who knows. Have you been ill too with the green poo?
