It's been about 2 1/2 weeks since I started on the Reliv supplements; currently taking a heaping scoop of Classic + 1/2 scoop of Fibrestore, usually in a soy milk-type smoothie, 2wice a day.
Quite happy with it so far. As I indicated before, energy levels are really noticably better; I don't get those massive downtimes in the middle of the days. Right now is the acid test, 2 or so days before period, and energy level is great. I'm also staying healthy while teaching in a high school where many students and teachers are falling victim to strep and sinus infections. Maybe that's coincidence, maybe not, but anyway, I'm REALLY pleased.
Fibrestore, fiber suppplement, is up to about 10g at this point, which is about half the target amount, or 2 full scoops per day. WOW, that seems like a lot, and I ramped up fairly quickly per Karen's instructions, but didn't seem to experience any unusual amount of discomfort or bloating. I bloat some every day, but this has caused no more than expected. Also BM's have been regular, sometimes even 2-3 a day. The really noticably positive thing so far has been the absence of that "feeling of incomplete evacuation".
I am still in the process of ramping up dosage of this, and also realize that it'll take 2-3 weeks to completely become accustomed, so I'm looking forward to even better results to come.
One caveat, I'm a hard core C; I suspect D's might be a little bit more sensitive to rapid increases in dosage of fiber, and might wish to take it far slower than is recommended by the RELIV people. My body pretty much approves of it though.
I'll definitely continue to use these products. The energy levels alone are worth the price of admission.
So, so far, VERY good. I'll continue periodic reports if people think it useful.

I have been tempted. I would LOVE to have more energy -- but I took a liquid vitamin in the past with sea ingredients and got a rash. So I think I may have allergy problems with those ingredients.

Or the allergy might have been to something in the "carrier"-- the inert ingredients.

I can't remember anything else being suspect -- and it's an awful lot of money..... I guess I just feel like I've tried so many things --- and I'm IBS-D too.... so I wonder.... so tempted and yet....

I hear ya. I was just thinking the same thing, that it would be really useful to be able to try out a product before shelling out the considerable amount of money. (In this and many other aspects of life.) But this product does have a money-back guarantee if you buy it through a distributor (as opposed to, say, on eBay), so maybe that might be helpful?

I am keeping a close eye on this as well. I tend to be IBS-C most of the time, but am migrating to an IBS-A type of deal. My problem with supplements is that they tend to make me throw up. Right now, my only supplements are calcium/magnesium, a B6 and the Acacia. I KNOW they have made me feel better, so I don't doubt that a balance of proper nutrition will do great things for the body. I would love to see an increase in energy and better, sounder, sleep. Whether or not this product would help that...I don't know.

I'm always leary of anything pumping 100's or 1000's of percent of a supplement into the body, because there are toxic levels of nutrients. Right now, between my caution and the money, I'm still watching. I appreciate the time you take to update us on the board. So glad it has been a help to you!

So good to hear the products are working for you as they have for Karen.
I am probably going to give it a try here soon, so all updates from anyone
using it would be so helpful to those of us who are still in the 'thinking'
stage. I am a D, so am concerned about all the fiber these products have, and how it will affect me....but, I think it's worth a try; plus, there's a money-back guarantee, so how can one go wrong? Please keep us informed and that
goes for you too, Karen....are you still doing well?

I am still doing great... no migraines and it's helping stave off my usual PAINFUL period. My mood swings are getting better and I'm just more happy in general with my body.

I've gotten SEVERAL emails this week about ordering concerns....

For those who want to order... let me know if you want to do so via email at karenreliv@hotmail.com. I'm going to put in an order soon and would be happy to put in a large group order and then see that people get what they need.... let me know by Tuesday (10/5) at 5 so I can get the order in.

Or you can order online at http://www.relivonline.com/order.pl?id=23782
Just please drop me an email to tell me you've ordered online so I know what the response is.

If I don't think enough people plan to use the website and want to just get the stuff from me, I may discontinue that-- watch for updates....

Glad to help you in any way I can. Keep those messages coming and I'll do my best,
Karen =)
