My first...and I am praying it's my last...major "D" attack

Having been a "C" for over 20 years, I had the attack from hades Saturday night. We went to a friends house, they were grilling steak, I took chicken and the guy grilled it for me. Not sure if it was the chicken or all of the spices he used or WHAT the trigger was.
I came home and had "contractions" and four trips to the restroom...the final one being a major blow-out. My heart really goes out to those of you having this on a daily basis.

Aw.. sorry to hear about your bad attack, Rachel! 
Maybe it was something you ate with the chicken? Or quite possibly something you ate before the chicken. I sometimes find if I eat something that was iffy and eat something perfect safe afterwards, that I stil might have an IBS attack from the iffy food that didn't occur until later.

Oh, Rachel, that's too bad. One possibility is actually food poisoning. I got really sick from chicken once because of that. It could have come from the meat and been transferred to your chicken by the utensils he was using.
