I was reading the "how You Eat," portion of the site, and it mentioned substituting other kinds of milk for dairy milk. It also mentioned a good brand called Silk, but I have not been able to find this brand anywhere. Have any of you tried this brand? Is it good? And, where do you buy it? Thanks! Alicia

There are 2 brands of soy milk and lots of rice milk at my local grocery store in the health food section. I personally don't like Silk. I buy 8th Continent.

I don't use Silk, but I've seen it in our grocery store in a few different places - in the health/natural foods section, and in the refrigerated section, near the half-and-half and coffee creamers. I've never seen it in our health food store, but you could try yours, as well, if you can't find it in the supermarket.
Personally, I prefer rice milk - Rice Dream is a good brand for that.

Hi there again Alicia
You can find "Silk" brand soy milk in the refrigerated section of your grocery store.... usually "Silk" brand is with the regular milk and not stored at room temp.
