Chrisite,
I SO KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN! I just want something with lotsa flavor!
I have Stast Licorice Spice Tea...and their Raspberry tea. Their stuff is the most flavorful tea I've eevr had. I used to live on Tummy Mint until all the medications I've been on wrecked my tummy and I got an ulcer (so I've been told by one doc...who knows! I don't trust em').
It is SO HARD to take care of yourself...especially when you don't feel well. I find that when I feel bad, I don't feel like eating right cause it's gonna hurt anyway so I might as well wnjoy it. But this is a vicioud circle and then you never get well. what's a girl to do?
I'm glad you;re feeling better today. That's super! I'm sure I'll get better one day too...!
It's nice to know we're not the only ones who have such a hard time witht ihs stuff...we have each other!
*hugs*

Well, IBS sure can make you feel tired! The reason I was asking is that excessive tiredness and pain are the key symptoms of Fibro. I'd ask your doctor about it, I think.
B vitamins will help, but if you're taking a multivitamin, you're probably getting enough in that. Whereas 500mg (ie. a ridiculous amount) of vitamin C is known to help.
Could you get a stationery bike? My Mum has one and it means she can hop on whenever she likes - you could cycle while dinner's in the oven!
Good luck!
