France Just joined you all during the last week, and want o say how much reading your posts has helped. I'm living in France and felt a bit isolated as I only have a few English friends here(Plenty of French Friends but it difficult to talk to them about the diet) I have been on the diet for about 2 weeks and have just had 6 good days. I can't believe it. I find the recipes especially helpful, though getting some of the ingredients is not easy. Also some of thm I am not familiar with, So please don't mind if I ask The site is so friendly. I have to look at it each day. Good wishes to you all. P>S> my husband is very supportive and is quite happy,most of the time, to eat the same as me. You are so lucky to have a supportive husband! My husband is supportive as far as sympathy but he won't go on the diet with me. He said he has to have his red meat. He won't touch any of the fish dishes, and only some of the chicken or shrimp recipes will he taste. Anyway, if you have any questions feel free to ask. The ladies on this board are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.
