What are the best drinks for IBS? I like Gatorade, lemonade and Iced Tea, but I know they have their IBS triggers, plus sugar and caffeine. I know soft drinks are out.
Is there any tasteful drinks to have with my meals? Aside from soothing teas. Us guys like to have something that is convenient and needs no preparation, or something I can buy in the store?

I wish I could help, but this has come up many times in the few months I've been here, and nobody's had any good suggestions. Water and herbal teas are pretty much it, although some of the herbals make really good iced tea, I've heard. Some people can tolerate cranberry juice, but you have to make sure it's only cranberry, and doesn't have any high-fructose corn syrup in it.
Good luck!

I drink mango and apple juice and find that's usually okay, though I can't drink much on an empty stomach. Chocolate soy milk is another favourite!
I find I can get herbal teas at most coffee bars these days.
Cut those triggers out, okay? They are KILLERS!

The best drinks are water, herbal teas. I drink fresh lemonaid sometimes (it bothers some but not me).
-------------------- Ibs-d and fructose sensitive.
