I need a good multivitamin, for my daily and workouts. Most usually gave me C for a day or two. Anyone know what is the best multivitamin out there, be it in pill or powder, that is not harsh on the stomach?

Thanks.

This is a previous post, I wrote.

I have been taking Solgar multi vitamin with chealted vitamins. It is free of soy, dairy, wheat, corn and may other things that many people are allergic to.
Chelated vitamins are easily broken down and good for people with sensitive tummies. This is the only vitamin that I can handle, anything else kills my stomach or gives me D. I have tried hundreds of vitamins(no joke)and everything bothered me! I also take an additional Ester C 1,000 millagrams (because it only has about 150 mg. of C) and you need a lot more C than that. It is also made by Solgar. The Ester C is specifically made for people that have gi problems and can't tollerate or break down C. I take them in the morning with breakfast and they work great! Thankfully, I never had any problems with them.

P.S. I also have more energy since I have been taking this, plus you won't burp it up and taste it hours later.

Thanks Sweet,

Anywhere in particular where I can buy this multivitamin. I don't want to add any others for now.

You can get it from health food stores or any vitamin store except GNC. The Vitamin Shop, I find is cheaper.
