i have a sinus infection and sore throat. i haven't had to take anitbiotics since i was diagnosed with ibs in february. i took it last night and this morning with 1 pill of acidophilus and in the middle of a meal. my stomach isn't too bad right now but should i be taking more than 1 acidophilus? thanks!

hey there
just out of interest...what antibiotic are you on and for how long?
I take two probiotics a day anyway...and with antibiotics I would def up it to two a day. i take mine on an empty stomach, but its up to you! not sure which is the best way.
hope it doesn't mess up your belly and your throat gets better!

Thanks for the advice. I may start taking 2 with the meds. I am taking cefzil. I've never taken it before, but I am feeling better already, so it can't be that bad
