So far so good! How did I do it? There's no magic secret. I just followed Heather's diet really carefully, took my SFS religiously, and took meds aggressively rather than reluctantly. I made it my highest priority to keep my tummy happy. My SFS happens to be Metamucil which was what my doctor recommended and which luckily agreed with me fine. My meds are Bentyl (dicyclomine) prescription anti-spasmodic every day, Gas-X (simethicone) anti-gas every day and Imodium every time my tummy gurgles the teensiest bit. I also get help from the Elavil (amitriptyline) that I take every night for my fibromyalgia sleep disorder. I also avoid stress like the plague and try to exercise every day. -------------------- Laura Keep it simple!
