Hey Cherry,
There's an awesome post on the Crohn's/Colitis Board about colonoscopy prep tips...and it does include information on what to eat as well. Here's a link if you want to check it out: http://www.helpforibs.com/messageboards/ubbthreads/showthreaded.php?Cat=&Board=IBD&Number=20349&page=0&view=expanded&sb=5&o=&fpart=1
Good luck! Don't worry, the procedure is a breeze...it's just the prep that can be difficult.
Take care, Kelly

Hi Cherry, even your name sounds like a fruit I use to enjoy!
Before my colonoscopy my doctor let me eat Jello, any color but red and of course all the water you want. It filled me up.
Good luck

Hi Cherry! I also had jello, beef broth and bags and bags of gum and hard candies. I actually found Baskin Robbins Mint Chocolate Chip hard candies. They tasted like I was eating ice cream. As far as filling me up? Nothing really filled me up but the gum and candy made me feel like I was eating something with substance. Good luck and let us know how you made out
