Thanks!

I have a low fat one I made for years but tiramisu has coffee in it so I don't know how to fix that. Angel food cake and cocoa is a good start but about the rest...
Is there coffee extract for flavor maybe?

let me checkw ith my baking expert buddies- I know I can get most other flavors in flavored safe items- I can even get almond flavor that is safe for people with allergies and tastes decent.. I bet there is a coffee equivelant I just havne't looked yet.

Actually, Little Minnie has a good idea, use those ingredients and as for the coffee flavoring I would try an extract or, I think this might be yummy, if you buy coffee flavored soy or rice ice cream. That might make it nice and creamy, I don't know if that would change the constancy, but it just might taste like it. I hope this works for you.

I've never seen coffee extract, but I never looked. I'll have to do that & see what I can come up with.

Welcome, Shelley!! I love tiramisu but everyone's right, that's pretty hard to adapt with two strikes against it, coffee and dairy! Hope you'll stick around and talk to us and let us know if you come up with a recipe!
