Does exerc. make your tummy sore?

I am trying to understand why my tummy is so sore and make it better.
I was doing realy well for quite a while,but now it just aches,like muscular.
The only thing I can think of is that I did a VERY difficult exercise class on Sat. afternoon and maybe I tightened up those muscles too much.
Sometimes when I get real nervous this happens and it takes a day or 2 of really taking it easy and using Ben Gay to get it to relax.

Yeah, sounds like you overdid it! It hurts because of the buildup of lactic acid in the muscles. This type of soreness is usually worst the second day after the workout, which would be today so you're right on schedule! The good news is that means it will feel better tomorrow.

BenGay is perfect for this. Try a heating pad also. It helps the muscles relax. Feel better, and good for you for exercising!!!
