Hi everyone! I have a question - has anyone taken Lexapro? I tried to conduct a search but unfortunately got no matches. My IBS causes anxiety, hence the Lexapro. I have recently been on Paxil and was not doing too well, therefore I had to switch drugs! Thank you.

I have never taken it, but I have heard great things about it. My neighbor works for a doctor and she says patients have had great success with it. It is very popular!

Here is some info I found on WebMD: web page , web page , web page .

There was a lot more stuff...just do a search of their site for Lexapro, and you'll see it.

Hope this helps!

I have been taking Lexapro for anxiety for four months. I have done some research and have been assured by my doctor that this is a newer and safer medication. All reports about it are positive. It may cause a little nausea but I have had no problem with it. I take it with food about two hours before bedtime. Also, Lexapro has an online website. Good luck.
