Heather's Help for IBS Blog

Hello -

IBS is defined as a brain-gut disorder. This is a two-way communcation. What affects your brain affects your gut, and vice versa.

So getting my IBS under control makes me very happy. Enjoying the end of summer on Labor Day makes me happy.

That happy state of mind in turn affects my gut for the better.

But I must confess that nothing compares to the airborne joy of my dog Turner on a sunny day.

Just seeing him makes me happy, and I know that in turn makes my IBS more manageable. So I share Turner's uncomplicated joy with you!
Turner the Wonder Pom
Turner, the airborne Pomeranian. May his happiness be contagious.

You are not alone.

P.S. If you have questions or comments I'd love to hear them - just reply to this email to reach me directly. I am overwhelmed with requests but try to answer everyone. For help today please join my private IBS coaching.
