Heather is the Administrator of the IBS Support Groups. She is the President of Heather & Company, which is dedicated to serving people with IBS. Her mission is to offer education, support, and tangible help that allows people with IBS to successfully manage their symptoms.
Heather is the author of the two best-selling and best-reviewed IBS books in America: Eating for IBS and First Year IBS. She also hosts Heather Cooks!, a weekly healthy cooking show on the internet and television. She is currently producting an IBS Yoga DVD. She has had IBS since age 9, and learned the hard way how to control her symptoms through diet. She is 34 years old and has been married to her husband Will, who now knows more about IBS than he ever wanted to, for 11 years.
