The bigger problem is that across the market, there just isn't enough of a demand for vegan/organic/kosher gel caps. The R & D required to develop this is too costly and time consuming for most companies to consider it worthwhile, so they aren't pursuing it. I've pushed, but the technical difficulties make this a difficult project, and there isn't the interest out there. Wish I had better news on this. If someone does develop this I'd switch the moment I knew there no quality control issues, and I wouldn't look back.
