Please stop posting repetitive questions. Please stop telling people who give you advice (that you have asked for!) that you're not going to take their advice. Please use the search function of this SITE (not just of the BOARDS) - the search box is in the top right corner of every single page. There is a whole entire page on this site devoted to bloating - it's in the IBS Glossary, and a simple site search will find it.

If you're only going to follow the diet 75% even though you're still constantly unstable, and you can't be bothered to read through all of the dietary information in the diet section of this site (which would tell you that lamb is a red meat to be avoided, that chocolate cake is not safe unless you're making it yourself to avoid high fat and dairy triggers, and answer most of your other food-specific questions as well) your posts are going to seriously try people's patience.

I would suggest that you read the site, and read through the boards, and use the search tools, because I have to respect the requests of my board members, and many of them are quite frustrated with your repetitive, unnecessary posts. I realize that you're struggling, and not feeling well, and that makes everything in life difficult. But I also cannot let you dominate the boards with non-stop bloating questions and endless lists of specific-food questions that are easily answered on this website already. That makes everything more difficult for all of the other members of this board, and it's my job to not let that happen.
