2 lbs breasts 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp pepper 20 oz can pineapple rings in juice, cut in half 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic 1 tbsp cornstarch 1 tsp worcerstershire sauce 2 tsp dijon mustard 1 lemon sliced
Preheat broiler on high. Lightly spray 13x9 pan. Place chicken in dish and sprinkle with onion powder and pepper. Broil under high till browned about 10 minutes. Remove from oven; set oven to 350. Drain pineapple into small bowl. Add garlic,cornstarch,worcestshire sauce and mustard and mix well. Pour over chicken and bake 20 minutes. Remove chicken from oven; arrange pineapple slices and lemon around the chicken and baste with sauce. Bake 5-7 minutes till heated.
