This is amazingly refreshing! Plus it contains fennel, which as we all know is great for bloating! It actually originally contained anise but I changed it because I figured fennel would have an added benefit!
Ingredients: 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds 3/4 cup water 3-4 cups ice cubes mint leaves, to garnish (optional)
1. Add lemon juice, fennel, and sugar in a blender, then blend until seeds are finely ground. 2. Add water and enough ice to fill blender, then blend until smooth. 3. Garnish with mint if desired and serve immediately.
