1lb of asparagus 6 oz of linguini 1 3/4 lbs of shrimp 1 tsp of soy butter 1/4 tsp pepper 2tbsp lemon juice 2/3c onion 1/2c green pepper 8oz of mushrooms 1tsp thyme 1/8tsp salt
Cook pasta and shrimp and set aside. Melt butter in a pan and add asparagus, onion and pepper, and saute until crisp tender. Add mushrooms, thyme, salt and pepper and cook until mushrooms are tender. about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. stir in shrimp and lemon juice until hot, and then pour over the pasta.
