on the go homemade peanut butter bars

Kids like them too!
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup reduced fat free peanut butter 3 cups rice krispies or corn flakes 3/4 cups raisins or vegan chocolate chips
Spray a 8 inch squarebaking pan with non stick spray. mix suagr and honey and peanut butter in a 2qt microwavable bowl and microwave on high for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until it's bubbly at the edges , stir until smooth. stir in cornflakes(cruch them up before stirring in) and raisins. press frimly into the baking pan. Cool and cut into bars. Store in a airtight container. Makes about 16 servings. Anytime snack or breakfast on the go. Hope you enjoy them!!Sherri
