Flour Tortillas       02/22/11 04:46 AM Edit Reply Quote gizmo Reged: 07/28/10 Posts: 239 I was wondering if it was OK to eat flour tortillas? I seem to recall that corn tortillas were better. But I can't remember why. I have some recipes that call for flour tortillas and I found a recipe on this site for homemade tortillas. I made them and they were really good but it's a lot of work and I had a hard time getting the tortillas round. It would be easier to buy them. I was wondering if eating flour ones would be a problem or if there is a certain brand out there that is better than others? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!
