new favorite kitchen gadget ever!       10/29/10 01:37 PM Edit Reply Quote Dizzy Reged: 03/04/07 Posts: 206 Loc: university place washington so far our wedding we got the sunbeam cupcake maker from target and i just used it to make amazing pumpking muffins, I got the pumpkin bread and muffin mix at trader joes, added applesauce and water and baked in the little cupcake oven, and amazing results! the box mix made a nice dense cake with less then one grahm of fat per muffin and it made twelve, I plan on freezing them and indulging in a muffin a day, for a while, although one thing next time I'll add pumpkin instead of applesauce as this is not the strongest pumpkin flavor -------------------- ibc a but c predominent doing hypnotherapy and taking it one day at a time Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
