This tastes a lot like the chai lattes at Starbucks! It's similar to a recipe Heather has posted, but uses ingredients I always have on hand.
Indian Chai Tea Latte
2 cups water 4 bags red (Rooibis) tea 2 cups soy or rice milk 2 tablespoons honey 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1. Heat water to boiling. 2. Add tea bags; reduce heat. 3. Simmer 2 minutes. 4. Remove tea bags. 5. Stir in remaining ingredients. 6. Heat to boiling. 7. Stir with wire whisk to foam milk. 8. Pour into cups.
