CRISPY CHIPOTLE CHILE BAKED CHICKEN       10/25/03 09:39 PM Edit Reply Quote Shell Marr Reged: 08/04/03 Posts: 14959 Loc: Seattle, WA USA CRISPY CHIPOTLE CHILE BAKED CHICKEN 2/3 cup instant mashed potato flakes 3/4 to 1 tsp chipotle chile pepper 1/2 to 3/4 tsp *Johnny seasoning salt 3 lb skinned chicken breasts I can't believe it's not butter spray Put potato flakes in med bowl, set aside. On a plate sprinkle chicken with Johnny seasoning & chipotle chile pepper, rubbing it all over both sides. Spray chicken w/spray I can't believe it's not butter and then roll in potato flakes to coat. Place on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 375 for 45-60 min or until breasts are fork tender and juices run clear. *Johnny seasoning salt=(crystalline salt, pepper,paprika, granulated garlic, & spices) ********************************************* Hubby's review: OUTSTANDING!!
