I increased the portions of the marinade/glaze and put it on a whole roasted duck as a glaze. It was so good!

Unfortunately, this duck was also a pudge ball so it sat in my tummy like a brick for a couple of days. I think if I get just the breast without skin and fat, then it will be a great entree!
