Hummus (Simply Naked Pita Chips) Ingredients: 1 can chick peas (drain and rinse) 1 garlic clove Extra virgin olive oil* 1 Tbsp tahini Juice of 1 lemon Salt to taste
Instructions: In a food processor, blend garlic and chick peas Add lemon juice and tahini Thin mixture by slowly pouring in olive oil until consistency is smooth *For a healthier version, substitute low-fat plain yogurt for extra virgin olive oil
