Sauteed Shrimp with corn and tomatoes

I made this for dinner tonight and it was SO yummy!
SERVES ONE.. EASILY DOUBLED.
in a large skillet heat 1tbsp of oil over med heat. Add 2 tbsp mixed shallot and saute for one minute. Add 6 or 7 extra large peeled shrimp. Season with S AND P. Saute until shrimp is pink and remove. In the same skillet saute 1/2 heirloom or 1 diced vine tomatoes, and 1/2 cup of fresh corn and saute 4 minutes. Add 6 cut up basil leave and voila!
its sooo yuummy! I used fresh corn cut off the cob and it was great.
