1/4c soy sauce 1/4c oil (that is what it called for- I would just oil the grill) 1/2c white wine garlic ginger marinade 4 hours and grill chunks on a hot grill. We had this a lot after we brought back halibut from Alaska. It is very good since halibut is so mild and meaty on its own.
