Hi,
Since bananas are about the only fruit seems I can eat
I like to fix in different ways
my banana recipes:
Easy banana pudding
Mash a banana well in a cereal bowl then slightly stir
Tastes like a pudding - and fast to make!

Hot banana pudding
Spray skillet with spray oil
Add sliced banana
sprinkle with cinnamon
cook on med. heat and stir constantly
add a teaspoon of (drizzled it) honey or brown sugar
cooked it will be hot + mushy-still some sliced banana shape
ready to eat!

Banana ice cream
1 sliced frozen banana
1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
blend in blender
**different flavors added - 1/4 tsp. cinnamon or molasses

Frozen fruit cupcakes haven't tried this one yet
make banana smoothies
pour into cupcake pan lined with cupcake papers
freeze until firm (about 3 hours)
peel off paper from frozen dessert.
let stand at room temp. 10-15 mins. to soften -easier to eat

Also:
make muffins from the banana bread recipe
Crepes filled with hot banana pudding
