Delicious grilled shrimp recipe!       07/07/03 09:57 AM Edit Reply Quote berky Reged: 06/26/03 Posts: 171 Loc: New York state I've made this many times and it's never given me a problem-it's easy and delicious! Shrimp with garlicky tomato glaze-Ingredients: 3 TBLS olive oil ( you could probably use even less) 2 TBLS tomato paste 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp dried basil 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp salt 1 pound large raw shrimp,peeled and deveined Combine all ingredients except shrimp. Add shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for an hour. Remove shrimp from marinade and grill till pink all over, 6-8 minutes, turning once. I put a sheet of tinfoil on grill and poke with holes so clean up is easy. -------------------- "Outside of a dog, a book is a man's best friend.
