PREPARATION : Cut bagel into even slices. Spread half the Canadian cream cheese over bottom layer. Top with cucumber and alfalfa sprouts. Spread remaining cream cheese over middle layer. Top with carrot. Replace top layer. This recipe only takes 10 min to prepare and is a quick and easy lunch to make.
