I am so happy to hear there are Rice cheese products!!!! When i first was diagnosed with IBS-C, i was buying lots of soy cheese products- only to find out i could not tolerate soy! I was devestated! Cheese was one of my favorite foods, and i was so upset that i would never taste anyting even resembling cheese again!
I am calling the Whole Foods in Montclair tomorrow morning and the Pathmark in my town as well. If neither of them has it, my local health food store will probably order it for me! She always orders my rice milk "juice boxes" for me to bring on road trips!
