With salmon I seem to need a buffer and all the solubles mixed into this fits the bill nicely.

I'm gonna try to get the ALL from my Sister...and revise them. I KNOW there is one for her Apple Pie FROM SCRATCH... but I'm sure there is a TON of butter and/or shortening in it. But I'll see....
