Pumpkin Muffins

If this is a repeat of another recipe, I apologize. I found this online and it looked pretty good.
Pumpkin Muffins
3 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp sugar
4 tsp (rounded) baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 cup soy/rice milk
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
4 egg whites or 1/2 cup egg beaters
Mix all ingredients together. Fill muffin tins sprayed with cooking spray almost to the top. Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes. Yield: 14-15 muffins
** For a variation, you can add 3/4 cup raisins and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
