The following recipe is adapted from the book _The Carbohydrate Addict's Diet_ that my mom had out of the library. (I hate low-carb diets and all they stand for...but the recipe sections can yield some nice surprises!) Anyway, try it with Baked Lays. Cool Summer Dip
1/2 cup soy sour cream such as Tofutti Sour Supreme 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh basil, or 1/2 teaspoon dried 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Combine the ingredients, mixing well. Makes about 1/2 cup.
