Maybe stick to the chicken for your protein. It's pretty safe and if you rotate between chicken and fish throughout the week, you may not get bored. Gordon's Grilled fillets are great and lowfat. I usually buy boneless chicken fillets and grill or bake. I also have a George Foreman grill that I can use indoors and it's fast and easy!

Take measurements and monitor your progress that way. If you can fit into your dress snugly, that could be a good way to monitor your weightloss too.

Push your water intake daily!! It's so important in losing weight. I shouldn't be talking right now because I'm 20 pounds over my recommended but I just got done with my third son so I'm giving myself slack. However, I lost 30 pounds by walking daily, drinking min. 64 oz. daily, cutting my fast food intake out or down to once a week (if you can eat it), and I ate til I was full, not when the plate was empty.

Take pictures of yourself to post where you can see them to remind yourself where you're at and where you want to go. It's also good to post pictures of people that resemble the weight you want to be at. I go to Weight Watchers success stories and print out people that are close to my height, current weight, and goal weight so I have some motivation.
