from the flu bug. I ended up throwing up at the end of the work day on Tuesday. What a joy that was in the student's bathroom. I stayed home on Wednesday and slept all day. I am still with some D today. Haven't eaten much in the past 3 days. Lost the 4 pounds I gained already. Didn't need that! I won't be on the board this afternoon or tomorrow since I have an inservice with work. Hope all of you are fine and I hope you don't get this stomach virus. I seriously don't know how all of you that are IBS-D handle it! I guess we all deal with what we are given but I think having C sometimes is easier. Well.. not easier but anyways I now have sympathy for both... anyways I am rambling (probably because I am still out of it!) I'll be back probably Monday!!
