It bends to go like 30 different ways. I ALWAYS get nice compliments when I wear mine. When I first bought mine, my hair was pretty long and I used to just us it like a ponny tail holder. Now, my hair is shoulder leagnth and it really doesn't look that great in a pony tail, its kinda "nubby." With my foot hurt I can't wash my hair everyday and I've been using my hair flower to make a pretty bun, like the last picture shown here. They are great! They won't rust or tarnish! For the girl that has everything, this would make a great gift!!
