One minute it wasn't there and the next minute it was, predominantly pain and "C". I stopped eating (because I didn't know what to eat that wouldn't cause pain) and lost a ton of weight..then had a million tests only to be diagnosed with IBS. I maintain mine was caused by Cipro without added probiotics. Since then it's been control, control, control. If it hadn't been for this diet I don't know what I would have done.
