Zero calorie sweetner question       05/03/07 02:41 PM Edit Reply Quote LisaC Reged: 05/03/07 Posts: 4 I found this zero calorie sweetner at Kroger's today in the organic section. It is called SweetLeaf made from the stevia plant, an all natural herbal product. It states that it improves gastrointestinal function, healthy liver function and immune function and helps nourish the friendly bacteria (actobacillus and bifidobacteria) in the intestines. Has anyone heard or tried this stuff and is it safe. It says that it has a high fiber content called inulin fiber (FOS). I don't know what that is. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
