I do want to point out, however, that unless a trainer is a certified dietician/nutritionist, they often know very little about diet. Please take things she says (i.e. the no eating after 8-9pm) with a grain of salt. Well, she really did not say NOT to eat after 8-9pm... it is just that that is when my last meal is eaten. After that meal I'm done...I guess unless I figure out some meals that give me a little left over caloires, protein, carbs etc that I can come up with a SAFE snack to not put me over....
