I wonder how many other "closet strainers" on the LC diet are out there. It is NOTORIOUS for resulting in CONSTIPATION...and YES - straining DOES produce hernias and prolapse inside the body - and can only be fixed surgically. I'm willing and open (and EAGER!) to discuss any and all of my story with you and yes, continuing recovery! Would love a buddy for email ...I will not post my email here - for my own privacy reasons. LC is NOT it. My GOD - I've been Soluable fiber/Low Glycemic LIVE-ing, not DIE-ting since my surgeries/I am determined to be RECOVERED from LCing and from causing my body HARM. AND I have LOST weight and am NOT hungry doing it! So TAKE THAT all you insulin fearing/bread cowering LCers!!!
