The only two that have had sizeble clinical trials are VSL#3 and Align. VSL#3 contains many probiotics while Align only contains one probiotic - bifidobacterium infantis. Align seems to have the best results. Both are quite expensive. I have tried Life Start by Natren which contains a different species of bifidobacterium infantis. It seemed to work fine. Also, someone recently posted a message saying they are trying a bifidobacterium infantis product from NSI. Both of these are much less expensive than Align. I hope this helps.
