I have been doing a lot of experimenting lately, and recently I have discovered that food combining has made me feel a lot better. I actually feel almost 100% better. The food combining is based on the ph level in your stomach, and what ph your stomach needs to be in order to digest different foods. Basically it says that you have to eat fruit alone, and not combine starches and proteins at the same meal. You also have to wait about 3 hours in between meals to make sure the last meal is completely out of your stomach. YOu can use this information, and still eat the food Heather suggests based on the Sf and If. I would suggest googling food combining, or the hay diet, fit for life, tcm food comining, or the undiet. You really have to be disciplined when doing this, but most people who are following EFI are already disciplined. Well, I just wanted to suggest this since it has helped me so much.
