peanut butter frenzy!       06/14/05 08:28 AM Edit Reply Quote maikko Reged: 05/30/05 Posts: 62 Loc: maryland I'm not sure if there's many who know this or not, so i thought i'd post it. Trader Joes and possibly whole foods sells something called "better n' peanut butter" for 2 tablespoons it has 2.5 grams fat and 100 calories. And i've had it--its very tasty! A little milder in flavor than regular pb, but still good. It doesn't bother my tummy at all-- They have low-sodium version too!!! here's a link to check it out If you can tolerate low fat nut butters, this is for you!!
