I'm having dinner at a Moroccan restaurant - complete with belly dancer - tomorrow night to celebrate a friend's birthday. I did a search and found only one post with "Moroccan". That was from Heather saying that tagines and couscous should be safe, but I wondered if anyone has any other advice about what to eat or avoid. The restaurant menu lists chicken kebabs and saffron rice, too, so it really looks great for IBS. I'm just afraid it's going to turn out that everything's marinated in dairy or something. Can you tell I'm feeling just a little paranoid?

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.
