I have such trouble with constipation, and diarrhea too, but this is about constipation. I will go as long as 14 days without a bm. Then, of course, I will have horrible diarrhea. Ok I've been trying all of these low fiber foods, trying to get things moving, but still...same ol' same ol'. I don't know what else to do, I cannot get things moving along, and now I've gotten the nerve up to try these new foods again and don't want an episode to come along and scare me from eating these fiber foods.
Maybe someone will have a suggestion as to how I can get things moving along. I'm afraid that my bowel is just gonna explode due to my eating these new fiber foods... I don't want to try a harsh laxative, I'm not going to go there...
