While At The Gym: 7 calories Altoids (makes the water feel colder in my mouth then it really is...kind of a neat trick)
Dinner: 541 calories BS Chicken Breast w/Sesame Ginger & Cinnamon Ahh, good...I too am trying to get my 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon in every day. Marinade, Sticky White Rice , Green Beans & Water
Snack: 80 calories JB's & Water Almost missed this........and here I ALMOST thought you were giving up JB's
Fiber Pills: 1.75 calories total
Without any more snacks at all....(subject to change) = 1082.75 calories That's sure LOW
Total Water intake = 88oz
I WILL have UFO w/more water. That will add 165 calories for a total of 1247.75 still my food budget
NEW MEASUREMENTS (last ones taken 6/8/04) OMG, these are fantastic!!! You've almost lost an entire mini-person, you know that? No wonder your clothes are falling off of you. 2 1/2 inches OFF your thigh??? that means you must be doing some serious leg work girl!!
Neck : lost 1/2 inch Chest : lost 1 inch Biceps: lost 1/2 inch Triceps : stayed the same Waist : lost 1/2 inch Hip: lost 1 inch Upper Thigh : lost 2-1/2 inches  Calf: lost 1/2 inch
